Accessibility and ESL support are first-class design considerations in CoachOwens — not afterthoughts. Every client moves through the same seven desks and receives the same sovereign identity build regardless of language background or accessibility need.
Plain language mode
When you select a non-English primary language during onboarding, the academy shifts to plain-language mode — reduced idiom density, simpler sentence structures, and where available, translated course content in Desk 05.
Reviewed with care
ESL clients are flagged in the fulfillment system so that all artifacts — resume, cover letter, bio, LinkedIn — are reviewed with translation sensitivity by our fulfillment team before delivery.
